The plant color was spot on. It actually reminded me of the ones my grandma used to keep by her kitchen window, so I was really happy with how natural it looked

I’ve ordered from ramseysucculents.com a handful of times now, the quality has been ridiculously consistent. Every succulent has shown up healthy, packed really well, and looking just like the photos, which feels like a small miracle when ordering plants online.

I love that I don’t have to stress about what’s going to arrive. Even the tiny ones have come in great shape and kept growing nicely after a few weeks. I’m super happy with them and will definitely keep ordering.

One of the succulents I picked ended up being out of stock, but they messaged me really quickly with a few replacement options. I picked one, and it showed up looking healthy and close to what I’d wanted in the first place. Weirdly, I remember the little pot had one tiny speck of soil stuck to the side like a freckle, which made me laugh. Super easy process overall, no hassle at all...

The soil was really nice, chunky and not soggy at all. The potting looked neat too, like really neat, and the plant was sitting firm in the pot instead of being loose or messy. Happy with how it arrived

My order from ramseysucculents.com showed up in rough shape!! There was soil all over the box, and two of the succulents had come loose with broken leaves everywhere. I know plants can be delicate during shipping, but the packaging just didn’t seem sturdy enough. It was disappointing to open, and I’m not sure I’d order from them again.

It arrived fast, so no real complaints there. I just wish the tracking had updated sooner because I started worrying for a minute that I’d been fooled or the package wasn’t actually coming. Thankfully it showed up and everything was fine

I got my succulent, it felt like the start of a tiny plant adventure. The care instructions were super clear, and the watering tips basically saved me from committing a full-on succulent tragedy. I do wish the packaging had a bit more info on it, but overall, I’m happy with my new little green situation.

But this is where it got annoying: one plant had tiny bugs around the leaves, and another looked like it was starting to get soft spots. Customer service did get back to me, which I appreciated, but I still had to treat the plants myself and keep them separated from my other succulents just to be safe. Overall, it wasn’t a horrible order, but the plants definitely didn’t arrive as clean or healthy as I was expecting.

After unpacking everything and giving them a closer look, though, a couple of the plants were in rough shape, and one looked like it was already gone. I sent over some photos by email and didn’t hear back for a few days, so I ended up following up once. To their credit, they did offer either a replacement or a refund, which I appreciated. I went with the replacement, and that plant arrived okay. Overall, not a total disaster or anything, but the whole thing just felt slower and a little less smooth than I expected.
